It’s always good to have multiple options for a property. This 4-Plex does well as a Long Term Rental, but I bought it with the intention of testing out the Short Term Rental potential of this location.
I balance out my portfolio by investing in various locations and types of properties. Beyond my short term rentals (STRs), I have numerous long term rentals (LTRs) in various states to help achieve this balance.
